I have 2 friends who say that he is the nicest man, I don't think it could be the same Dr! Every 2 years, I wean off pain meds and have no choice but to go back on them. The last pain management allowed me to take Xanax so I've had them changed to Clonazepam and weaning down. I had the new MRI'S done and well, it's all there for him to read. I am in the worst pain and needed help right away or at least do the merciful thing and like a lame horse, shoot me in the head! Every answer he had was not merciful or empathetic! He kept a smile on his face every time I asked him," surely there is something in your bag of tricks that could bring me some relief?". The more ideas I had, it seemed the happier it made him and to say no. I wouldn't treat my dogs with his care, he did offer injections, but not today come back in a week! I can handle more pain than most people and no one will smile at my pain! Not ever. He never said, I'm sorry or I wish I could help or I understand! If he has zero empathy, why is his specialty pain management?! He was cruel, insensitive and as advertised, had no bedside manner at all! I was so shocked by him, I was shocked to understand what just happened.He made me very angry and cried it out and there will be no next time!No mercy at all, zero!! And my pain made you happy you are not human! That is sick!!!! Shame on you!
I was referred to Dr Wilson through the VA over a year and a half ago. I am so thankful that I meet Dr Wilson and his staff. I have no words to describe the excellence that you are treated when you arrive and until you depart. Dr Wilson is very kind and so knowledgeable and explains in detail the symptoms that seems to be causing my pain and the process in which he hopes will alleviate it. The care and hospitality I received from Dr. Wilson and the staff, who have assisted me during my visits, has been nothing less than exceptional. Before treatments, they'll listen attentively to my concerns and areas of pain and after treatments, they'll provided personalized care to make sure that I'm feeling okay and well enough to leave the premises with my attended driver. Dr. Wilson has been a blessing to me over the years. I have had multiple major back surgeries. I suffer from an aggressive degenerative disc disease. Dr. Wilson has helped me tremendously over the years to help prolong the surgeries and manage my pain. He has always been straight forward with me and I enjoy getting to talk to him when I come in. He truly cares about my physical health and is always so kind. I would recommend him to anyone.

Piedmont pain clinic has been a positive experience for me. The pain level that I had when I first started was so severe that I had trouble walking and driving. Since I started my treatment I am very satisfied with the results.
