Carolina Rehab Physical Therapy is pleased to celebrate 30 years of providing comprehensive physical therapy care to Iredell and surrounding counties. Founder and physical therapist and certified hand therapist Jeffrey Faulk, PT, CHT, opened the practice in March 1994 after completing his training at Emory University with a Master of Medical Science in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. His focus was to provide exceptional physical therapy services combined with compassion and respect for every patient.
“Our mission at Carolina Rehab has never wavered in 30 years. We want to make it as pleasant as possible for our patients to return to good health. Whether an accident, injury or chronic condition, our continuity of care is vital to ensuring a more rapid recovery or result. We want our patients to have the best opportunity for less pain, better movement, and a more active lifestyle,” Jeff said. The practice also focuses on community and industrial outreach to address injury prevention in the workplace.
Jeff and his wife, Kellie Faulk, MD, an endocrinologist, welcomed their first child within that first year of opening the practice and have since raised four children in Statesville. They have remained involved in many local community service organizations and performing arts in the region.
